Ask your backoffice anything.
GamDesk sits on top of your platform data and answers operations questions in plain English — player histories, payment issues, risk indicators, session activity. Read-only by default. Permission-aware. Every question audited.
Design-partner programme now open — limited slots for operators and platforms, 2026.
Every player question is a five-screen journey.
Your team already has the data. What they don't have is a fast way to ask it a question. GamDesk turns your existing backoffice into something you can talk to.
- 01Open the PAM, search the player, load the profile
- 02Switch to the payments provider for the failed withdrawal
- 03Check the CRM for prior contacts and notes
- 04Pull session history from the BI tool — if it's loaded today
- 05Piece it together in a Slack thread. Answer the ticket.
- >"What happened with player 88213's withdrawal yesterday?"
- >Answer in seconds — with linked source records for verification
- >Case summary drafted, ready to paste into the ticket
A reasoning layer over the systems you already run.
GamDesk doesn't replace your backoffice — it makes it answerable. No screens to migrate, no workflows to retrain.
Feed it your data
Seed GamDesk with a one-off batch import of your history — players, transactions, sessions, bonuses, KYC events — then keep it live in real time through our ingestion API. One managed store; GamDesk never connects back into your systems. Your data never trains anyone's models.
iGaming-native semantics
GamDesk speaks the industry's language out of the box — GGR, pending withdrawal, wagering requirement, reverse withdrawal. Questions map to vetted, typed queries — not raw SQL guesswork.
Answers with receipts
Every answer cites the underlying records so your team can verify in one click. Every question is logged — who asked, what ran, what was returned. Your auditors will approve.
The questions your floor asks all day.
Each one currently takes screens, filters and exports. With GamDesk it takes a sentence.
Describe the report. Get the report.
The same questions, one level up. Ask for a report in plain English and GamDesk composes it from the same vetted metrics — rendered as tables and charts, ready to export or schedule.
- ASKPrompt to report. "GGR by brand, last quarter, weekly breakdown, chart + table" — no builder, no BI ticket, no waiting on the data team.
- CONSISTENTOne definition of every metric. GGR, NGR, ARPU, reverse-withdrawal rate — defined once in the semantic layer, versioned, identical in every report and for every user.
- EXPORTBoard-ready output. Export to PDF, CSV or XLSX in a click. Saved reports are named, parameterised and re-runnable — share within a role.
- SCHEDULEDelivered on a cadence. "Email this to me every Monday at 08:00." Same RBAC, same audit trail as every question asked on the floor.
When you're ready, turn answers into actions.
GamDesk never writes to your systems itself. You register each action as an endpoint on your side — a URL and its credentials — and GamDesk calls it only after a human approves. Your API does the write; GamDesk just asks it to, and logs who approved and why.
- PAYMENTSApprove or release a withdrawal. "Release withdrawal #99231 — KYC now clears." GamDesk surfaces the checks, you confirm the payout.
- BONUSBonus & campaign setup. "Set up a 20% reload for the VIP segment, £50 cap, 30× wagering." GamDesk composes it against your promo API — you approve.
- KYCTrigger re-verification. Kick off KYC document checks straight from the account it just flagged.
- REVIEWQueue for manual review. Push a risky account into the right team's queue with the evidence attached.
- SEGMENTUpdate segments & tags. Move players between marketing segments or apply suppression flags.
How it connects: register each action once as an endpoint + auth. When someone approves, GamDesk calls that endpoint with your credentials — your platform performs the write and returns the result. GamDesk can only do what the endpoints you expose allow, scoped to the roles you define.
Read-only by default. Auditable by design.
GamDesk was designed to pass your infosec review, not fight it — in every jurisdiction you operate in, from the UKGC to US state gaming boards. Every question — and every action — is scoped to exactly what the user is allowed to see. Write access, where enabled, stays behind human confirmation.
Read-only by default
Out of the box GamDesk only answers questions. Any write action is opt-in, routed through an API you expose, and confirmed by a human first — no autonomous changes, no surprises.
Permission-scoped, every dimension
Access is inherited from your operator and enforced at the query layer — by role, brand, jurisdiction, market and data type. A UK agent never sees a Malta brand's players; a New Jersey agent never sees UK players — and the data never leaves its jurisdiction. The model physically cannot reach past what the user is entitled to.
Full audit trail
Every question, every query executed, every answer returned — logged and exportable. Turn "who accessed this player's data?" into a report, not an investigation.
Isolation & residency
A dedicated instance per jurisdiction — your data physically resides inside its own regulatory boundary (UK, EU, or US state-by-state) and never mixes with another. Encryption in transit and at rest. You push data to us; GamDesk never connects back into your systems.
What your floor gets back.
Every player question today is a four-to-eight-minute, five-screen journey. GamDesk answers it in seconds. Move the sliders to see the time — and cost — your team reclaims.
